Welcome to the "Livestock Manager" application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is an agreement between you and the App developer (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding your download, installation, and use of the App.

1. Scope of Agreement

This Agreement applies to the "Livestock Manager" application and its related services. The content of this Agreement includes the main text of the Agreement and all rules, announcements, or notices that we have published or may publish in the future. Once officially published, the above content becomes an inseparable part of this Agreement and has the same legal effect as the main text of the Agreement.

2. App Usage Rules

2.1 Usage Permissions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on mobile devices that you legally own or control. The App is designed for livestock management, aiming to help users manage livestock resources more efficiently.

2.2 Usage Restrictions

You must not engage in the following behaviors when using the App:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App;
• Remove, circumvent, or modify copyright notices or other ownership markings in the App;
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the right to use the App;
• Use automated programs, robots, or similar devices to access the App;
• Use the App to engage in any activities that violate laws and regulations or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.

3. Intellectual Property

The ownership, copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights of the App, as well as all information content related to the App, including but not limited to: text, images, audio, video, charts, interface design, layout framework, relevant data, etc., are protected by applicable laws and regulations and corresponding international treaties. We own the above intellectual property rights.

Without our written consent, you may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the above materials or content for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.

4. Privacy Protection

We highly value user privacy protection. The App does not collect any user personal information, and all user data is stored locally on the device and will not be uploaded to our servers. Please refer to our "Privacy Policy" for detailed information.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 Service Guarantee

We will make our best efforts to ensure the stable operation of the App and the accuracy of its content, but we cannot guarantee that the App is completely error-free or will always run without interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the applicability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, and effectiveness of the App.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to data loss, device damage, etc.) resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

6. Agreement Changes

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. The modified terms of the Agreement will be published in the App without further notice. If you continue to use the App, it indicates that you accept the modified terms of the Agreement.

7. Agreement Termination

This Agreement will terminate under the following circumstances:

1. You actively uninstall the App;
2. You violate any terms of this Agreement, and we have the right to terminate your authorization;
3. The App cannot continue to operate due to force majeure or other reasons.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

If any dispute related to this Agreement arises, both parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction.
